Aldís Elfarsdóttir is a fellow of the Building Energy Systems Group. Aldís is currently pursuing her B.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering from Harvard University. She was a glacier and climate research assistant at the Icelandic Meteorological Office in Reykjavík, Iceland for a semester, following a summer internship as an electric vehicle market entry analyst for Renew Power Ventures in New Delhi, India.
As an undergraduate, she has served on the 2016-17 Harvard Climate Change Task Force and as a captain and representative of the Resource Efficiency Program with Harvard’s Office for Sustainability. Her academic projects have included an independent pilot heating sensor network in Harvard dorms and a stratospheric detection instrument for ozone-destroying radicals with the Anderson Research Group.
In her spare time, she loves to run, paint, write and socialize.
