Joan Glickman is a distinguished panelist for Fraunhofer CSE's 2nd event in the Grid Modernization in Massachusetts Speaker Series: "Driving Energy Efficiency through Residential Scorecards."

Joan is the Acting Program Manager of Residential Buildings Integration at the U.S. Department of Energy. She previously managed the Energy Department's Home Energy Score and Home Energy Information Accelerator programs, which aim to provide consumers with a better understanding of homes' energy performance. Joan coordinates residential energy efficiency programs and works with stakeholders at the national and local levels to ensure that information is reliable as well as compelling, with the goal of encouraging investment in improving the efficiency of our nation's housing stock. She joined the Department's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in 1997 and has held a variety of positions there including Deputy Director of the Federal Energy Management Program.
